Rhythm ‘n’ Ruach specializes in sharing Jewish values, instruments, and music with children from birth through 5 years old, but is adaptable to any age - a true Family Class.
Each week, you and your child will explore:
a new instrument
a Hebrew word
singing & dancing
and of course, drumming to the rhythm of both Jewish and secular music.
Research has shown that music has been considered to be an anchor in keeping people connected to their cultural identity. Family music classes can be Baby & Me classes; one-on-one classes, or multigenerational programs.
Trained Rhythm ‘n’ Ruach facilitators introduce songs that you will remember from your youth as well as brand new music, giving the whole family a Joyful Jewish experience.

Kidding Around Yoga specializes in sharing yoga and meditation with children ages 18 months-12 years old; however, it's adaptable to expand to children of all ages - our parents and grandparents have a ball practicing, too. We use music produced by founder, Ms. Haris Lender, as well as other tools such as games and activities to help focus young minds and stretch bodies, all while having loads of fun!

Yoga Yeladim
Yoga Yeladim (YY) is the only national Jewish kids yoga program in the country! It is the ultimate fusion of Jewish Learning, body awareness and spiritual understanding all rolled up into one Yoga mat. The KAY founder, has designed a curriculum that incorporates games, songs and activities, in an engaging Jewish infused environment. Children learn the poses, breathing practices, moral behavior, how to meditate, and so much more through this unique and high energy class. Yoga and meditation has been considered for a long time as a wonderful means of stress management. KAY & YY use a system based on the classical study of yoga and transforms it into an experience for children to both introduce them to yoga as well as inspire them to develop a practice and give them tools to take into adulthood. Ms. Lender has incorporated lots of fun and original music, plus all of the traditional benefits of Yoga. Rhythm 'n' Ruach incorporates YY 'lite' in music & movement classes, but programs can be adapted to the organization.
